Every year on November 11, we pause to honor the men and women who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. At The Becoming Co., we believe that honoring our veterans isn’t just about a moment of silence — it’s about movement with purpose.
When we train, we don’t take the gift of freedom for granted. We move because we can. We grind through the tough reps because others have fought through far harder. We sweat together because community is what keeps us strong — in and out of the gym.
The Veterans Day Workout: “11.11”
For Time – Partner WOD (split reps however you choose):

2️⃣ Hang Power Clean (135/95)
3️⃣ Front Squat (135/95)
4️⃣ Shoulder-to-Overhead (135/95)
5️⃣ Pull-ups
6️⃣ Burpees Over Bar
7️⃣ Box Jump Overs (24/20”)
8️⃣ Wall Balls (20/14)
9️⃣ Sit-ups
🔟 Dumbbell Step-ups (50/35)
1️⃣1️⃣ Cal Row (11 each or 22 total per round)
Stimulus: Hero-style grind — gritty, deliberate, and full of heart.
Scaling: 100% inclusive — lighten loads, shorten reps, or modify movements to match your level.
This 11-movement, 11-round workout isn’t about the leaderboard. It’s about showing up, pushing through, and remembering those who gave everything so we could have the privilege of doing hard things by choice.
