fixed mindset says, “I’m not good at this, so I’ll never be good at this.”
growth mindset says, “I’m not good at this yet, but I can improve.”

Ways to Cultivate a Growth Mindset:

  1. Focus on the Process: Instead of aiming for perfection, aim for progress. Celebrate small wins along the way.
  2. Embrace Challenges: Challenges are opportunities to grow. Lean into discomfort—it’s where change happens.
  3. Adopt the Word ‘Yet’: Adding “yet” to any limiting belief changes the game. “I can’t do this… yet.”

When you break free from a fixed mindset, you open yourself up to new possibilities. Growth takes time, but every step you take strengthens your belief in what’s possible.
