After 15 years of serving this incredible community under the name Coca CrossFit, we’re excited to share that we’re entering our next chapter.

We are officially retiring the name Coca CrossFit and evolving into Becoming CrossFit — a proud CrossFit affiliate and the fitness arm of our larger vision: The Becoming Co.

This is not a departure from who we are — it’s an expansion into everything we’re becoming.

We’ve always believed that fitness is just one part of the transformation puzzle. Over the years, we’ve helped busy adults, parents, and professionals not just get stronger, but rebuild confidence, resilience, and purpose. Now, we’re building a space that reflects all of what health truly means — not just in the gym, but in life.

Here’s what’s new:

We’re expanding beyond fitness to include:
- Licensed mental health therapy services
- Expanded nutrition support from quick-start coaching to deep dive habit-based change
- Supplement and testing services powered by Thorne
- A growing Collective of like-minded wellness providers under one roof

Here’s what’s staying the same:

You’re still training in the same facility.
You still have access to the same CrossFit programming, amazing coaches, and community.
You only pay for what you use. There is zero price change unless you choose to take advantage of the new services — everything you’ve been using stays exactly the same.

This new name and brand reflect our full commitment to helping you become the strongest, healthiest, most grounded version of yourself — mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Whether you’re just here to train or you’re ready to dig deeper into mindset and holistic health, we’re here to support your journey.
