Start with Foundations

Every new member at The Becoming Collective in North Ridgeville, OH  begins with our Foundations Program.

Foundations is a 3- session 1:1 onboarding experience ($285) designed to help you start safely, confidently, and with a clear plan.

During these one-on-one sessions, you’ll work with a coach to learn the foundational movements used in our training, discuss your goals, and get personalized guidance so you feel fully prepared before joining group sessions.

At The Becoming Collective, we believe coaching and education matter. Foundations ensures every member begins their journey with the support, confidence, and clarity needed for long-term success.

After completing Foundations, you’ll transition into the membership option that best fits your goals.

Our Elite Membership is designed for those who want the highest level of support and accountability on their health journey. In addition to unlimited small group training sessions, Elite members receive regular 1:1 lifestyle check-ins with a coach to review progress, adjust habits, and ensure their training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset stay aligned with their goals. At The Becoming Collective, every member is supported and noticed. If you miss sessions, our team checks in to make sure you’re doing okay and to help you stay consistent. Elite simply adds a deeper layer of coaching with personalized check-ins, strategy adjustments, and dedicated accountability to help you accelerate progress and stay on track. Perfect for those who want maximum access, coaching, and intentional support on their path to becoming.

Our Standard Membership gives you full access to unlimited small group training sessions at The Becoming Collective, so you can train as often as your schedule allows while receiving expert coaching and structured programming. Our small group sessions are intentionally kept small, allowing our coaches to provide movement guidance, strength development, and personalized feedback during every workout. We also believe accountability matters. If you miss sessions, our coaching team pays attention and will check in to help you stay consistent and supported in your routine. This membership is perfect for individuals who want flexible access to coaching, a supportive community, and the freedom to train consistently, while maintaining accountability through regular attendance. Our 12 Sessions per 4 Weeks membership is perfect for those who want the structure of consistent training while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. This option gives you up to 12 small group training sessions every 4 weeks, allowing you to train about 3 times per week while receiving the same expert coaching and structured programming offered in all Becoming Collective sessions. Each workout is designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and move better for life, all within a supportive small group environment where coaches can still provide individual guidance. Our team also keeps an eye on attendance and will check in if we notice you’ve been missing sessions helping you stay consistent and connected to your goals. This membership is ideal for those looking for a balanced, sustainable training routine with coaching, community, and accountability.
