Inclusive, regulation-focused movement for all ages
At The Becoming Co., our neurodivergent programs are designed to support individuals of all ages who experience the world differently β neurologically, emotionally, and physically.
These offerings focus on movement as a tool for regulation, confidence, and connection, not performance or competition. We create structured, supportive environments where people can move in ways that help their bodies and nervous systems feel safer and more organized.
This is movement that meets you where you are.

Movement is our tool. Regulation, confidence, and capacity are the outcomes.
A Space Where Difference Is Expected
Our goal is simple:
To create a place where neurodivergent individuals donβt have to mask, perform, or fit a mold in order to belong.
